The Workbench:
Acer Aspire 7 Laptop with Win 10, Core i7. It’s the Clydesdale, it does the processing and manipulating and gets the job done, could have done it with a desktop, but prefer the mobility of a laptop, I can take it and scan those precious memories if people don’t want to let their material leave a site, it can come in handy, but note, there is an extra charge for travel! Custom built desktop also used.
Your Data will be stored in three places until you confirm receipt. Two external HDD’s, one off-site and one on-site and the other in cloud storage. The reason for the trinity is that physical storage can fail, usually at the most important moment, so by spreading the data over three places, it reduces the risk of data loss. We are also insured as a business should there be any unfortunate events.
