Using the current industry standard equipment, we handle your much-loved images with lint-free gloves to encourage the best image possible out of your precious finds.
Once you have decided to send, or drop your image source to us, let us know they are coming and we will log the expected arrival of your delivery. We suggest using a courier or signature required post to ensure traceability. Once with us, your delivery will be receipted, and we will email you with a confirmation. Your images will be placed into a job-box on arrival, where it will be labelled and stored in our workroom that has a no fluids or food policy. There, we will remove each precious image source and scan. The slides will be imaged using scratch reduction software and any necessary colour correction where possible, to get the most out of your image.
Restoration work can then take place at this stage if required, or any other requirements such as cropping, editing or re-crafting of the image can be completed
You can choose how you want to receive your digitized images, we can save onto DVD, CD, USB stick, SD Card, or provide a link to upload from online storage. We can also arrange for printing of high quality images where you can choose art papers or enlarged images. For standard sized photos, we suggest that you arrange to print with your favourite image processor.
Original images, slides and negatives will be couriered back to you, or you can choose to pick up, by appointment.
We take pride in our work and should you not be 100% satisfied with what we deliver to you, we will work with you until you are happy.
