Looking to improve your photography and don’t know where to start?
This is a small group, hands on workshop, introducing you to the knowledge that will improve your photos. This workshop is for beginners, or those who have got themselves stuck on using the “Auto” setting.
Bring along your preferred camera, phone or device. Once you have the basic knowledge, you will be on your way to creating the images you were shooting for.
We will cover:
- How a camera works
- Composition
- The importance of light, exposure and ISO settings (the Exposure triangle)
- Developing a photographer’s eye
- Teminology
The next workshop is 19th July 2026 at the Karioitahi Hall, Waiuku
Time: 12.30 to approx. 4.00pm
Cost: $30 per person
